are a full service, friendly, neighborhood athletic club with exciting
programs for everyone.

My
goal is to help people to work towards improving and maintaining their
health through education, empowerment, and by promoting sustainable and
healthy living. I especially love working with babies, children, new parents,
and parents-to-be to create and maintain an ideal environment, both inside
the body and out, for healthful living. My approach is both practical
and flexible, and I enjoy celebrating each and every step toward improved
health for each of my patients.
As
a primary care doctor in Washington state, I am able to order laboratory
and imaging work, make referrals to specialists, and perform all the physical
exams necessary to diagnose any health concern. I am also able to
prescribe most medications, although I prefer to take the least invasive
approach needed to address and eliminate the cause of dis-ease.
After
graduating from Bastyr University, I completed a two year residency in
Naturopathic Primary Care, with a strong focus on children's and women's
health, with Dr. Candace Aasan at Cascade Natural Medicine in Kirkland,
WA. I have also had extensive training in Midwifery care.
